I recently had a lift installed on my 2019 Chevy 2500, and unfortunately the original shop installed it incorrectly and refused to take responsibility. The bad installation caused my truck to crab walk, and after taking it to three different shops, no one could figure out the problem. The team at Will’s Automotive diagnosed the issue, corrected everything back to factory specifications, and had my truck fixed in just one day. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. Ian kept me informed throughout the entire process, and the communication was second to none. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable shop that stands behind their work, I can’t recommend Will’s Automotive enough. They turned a frustrating situation into a great experience

I want to share my experience with Will’s Automotive. This company is the best of the best in my own opinion. I came into Austin to visit family on my way here about 20 minutes away from my destination my vehicle starts choking as I continue to step on gas pedal the more it chokes. Then it starts to gain speed, I am at 80 miles per hour cruise control then all of a sudden the cruise control turns off, speed is dropping, message board says car slowing down and shutting off. It did. I’m on the side of the road my dash reads charging system failure. Vehicle completely off. After about 7 minutes my vehicle reads turn vehicle on. Back on road. It started again about 2 minutes from destination my vehicle started choking again. As soon as I arrived my granddaughter called Wills Automotive, they took it in and kept it for three days and ran diagnostics, took it for ride and nothing absolutely nothing could be found. When Wills Automotive called to pick up I asked what I owed Ian said nothing at all. After striking out at two different mechanic shops—one couldn’t fit me in and the other didn’t even have a working A/C machine—I finally found Will’s Automotive, and I’m so glad I did. They replaced my entire A/C system in just a day and a half, which meant everything was finished during my days off. That made a huge difference for me as a single mom trying to juggle a toddler and car repairs. Ian was the one who helped me, and even though they were incredibly busy, he still managed to squeeze me in. Everyone was straightforward, honest, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. They even had toys for my son to play with while we waited, which made the experience so much less stressful. I also love that my new A/C system comes with a warranty, so if anything happens in the future, I won’t have to worry about spending thousands of dollars again. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. I highly recommend Will’s Automotive, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs. Been trusting Will & Ian for 15 years with maintenance and repair of all our family's vehicles. Always accurate on investigation, location, symptom diagnosis and permanent repair. Can't think of a single time when something failed after they fixed it. They have our business until Will sales the place....unless he sells it to Ian, in which case, we're good.

We have spent the last 5 months dealing with a death wobble issue on our 2016 f350 super duty 6.7 diesel. Went to a few different shops across the country because we use the truck for our transport business. None of them noticed what Grant did in 30 seconds after looking under the truck. I replaced the coil springs with a heavy duty spring and it had things all out of whack under there. Top ball joint was to far forward and track bar pulled to the driver side all the way with no movement. He gave me some options on fixing it and I went with adjustable track bar and radius arm drop brackets… we have now drove through 3 states and it hasn’t done once. Knowledge is key in this situation and this guy knows his stuff. Thank you soo much from us here at medicine mountain pet transport
